BEWARE OF SCAMMERS

We've recently become aware of an increase in scam emails, fake websites, and fraudulent messages targeting festivals, vendors, artists, and attendees. We want to remind everyone to stay vigilant when receiving communications that appear to be related to Electric Sky.

Here are a few ways to protect yourself:

• Always check the website address carefully. Our official website is electricsky.ca.

• Official emails from our team will come from info@electricsky.ca.

• Be cautious of unexpected requests for payment, banking information, passwords, or personal details.

• Vendors and artists should be especially careful when receiving inquiries, booking requests, or payment-related communications claiming to be from festival staff.

• Festival-goers should only purchase tickets and festival-related products through our official channels.

• If you ever receive a message that seems suspicious or you're unsure whether a communication is legitimate, please contact us directly before taking any action. We're always happy to verify whether a message came from our team.

The best defense against scammers is a little extra caution. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe.
